HELP me understand PLEASE!!!
Guys, please help me understand...
Should I pay attention on the receipt date (when I first apply with alllll documents) which was Dec 2019
OR The second receipt date, Dec 2020, when they approved the i-130,
OR the date the case was received (Jun 2021) when they say received and "fees waved"?
Which one is "my date" to pay attention?
As far as I understood, the time I've done the fingerprints (September 2021) doesn't matter right?
My case is EB adjustment of status/husband. Still waiting for EAD too. :(
