HELP…
HELP… My attorney sent an expedite request for my vawa yesterday. After tracking it on the USCIS account today it says my they received my withdrawal request. It’s clearly an error. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do? I am so stressed out right now. Please advise.

It was USCIS error so why would I need to apply again?

@Jasmine Rahman it’s strange how you have a lawyer on file who can handle the error and you are not reaching out to him to address the error. My best advice is for you to team up with your lawyer via calls and visit to his office to ensure the error is rectified. Secondly it could be a system error issue but at the same time you can call USCIS today to log your complain and know why it says withdrawn.

It’s Saturday mate and my attorney doesn’t work on Saturday. I have already left them messages and have to wait until Monday for them to call me back. I am stressing out that’s why I came in this platform to see if this happened to anyone else.
stop reading into things too much and giving negatives energy. We are all going though a rough time no need for this kind of negative energy. Seriously.
