I’m trying to expedite the I 485. I tried the I 765 twice but the denid and emailed me saying the I attend the requirements but they have so many expedite with the same reason

Texas is very tough with expediting. I saw they were denying very strong cases. I think you should have better chance to expedite I-765 than I-485, because your application is EB.

yeah I know but they denied my I765 twice. I’m just taking the chance 😩 so frustrated.

I’ve never heard of expediting a i485. thought it was only possible to expedite i765/131

they said there are so many expedite for the same reason going on, they are processing the others expedite and are not accepting new expedite for now. I chatted with Emma and it said the same thing and I should try again in 2 weeks or so
