so I applied for my daughter should I do the i485 or wait till the I130 gets approved?

@Nichole Drummond if she’s inside the US & petitioner is a US citizen then yes! you can apply for both I-130 & I-485 concurrently. if petitioner is Greencard holder, you’ll have to wait until I-130 is approved. if she’s not in the US then also no. You’ll have to wait for NVC after approval.
