Today (11/30/2022) I received an update which said that my case is being actively reviewed again.
I was wondering what that means and on the internet everyone said that I have to check my documents.
So I did. that and my case got APPROVED 😍😍😍😍
After one year and a couple of days my case got approved 😭😍

@YM I am from Germany. I don’t know what consular processing is 😅 we did everything by our own without lawyer. We applied for the I-130 by our own and then just waited and today after a little bit over one year it got approved from the California service center

@Sarah Wehkamp consular processing is when you apply i130 while your spouse is living overseas.

@YM oh got it. So my husband lives in the States cause he’s a greencard holder. So I had to apply from outside (Germany) of the US! so I was only able to visit him, not staying with him in the US ☺️
