i got call from uscis, officer advised me send medicals asap, told me start your medical process dont wait for rfe, we will send meanwhile but start the process. initially i thought its a prank, but in next 2 days i got the rfe. i sent them my medicals almost 1 month back, but no further update yet, even officer told me that they are waving the interview as well, mine is eb1.

mine has been 40 days since the receipt of response to rfe, no updates. eb3

i got an email to submit medical rfe as well without paper copy. this was on Sept 9, have to submit by Sept 24. The blood tests take 7-10days to result so I dont know if I will be making the deadline. so frustrating

let’s wait until October the 1st , hopefully all the people that presented the medicals RFE, will receive the green card interview waived . 🙌

why would we have to wait a few years if it doesnt happen by oct 1st? is this a speculation or is there evidence to beleive it is certain?

submitted medical rfe in August 31. Till date case status did Not change to rfe response received too. impatiently waiting too

@ash does it really matter if status is uodated to rfe received than nothing? i have seen people getting direct approval. without any status update

i recieved rfe on 12 august. i send mine on 18 august and 20 august i got an update rfe recieved. nothing happened after that. i was told to send them back as soon as possible but not later than 87 days. i think they gonna approve everyone last day of September 😂

i had chat with live agent, got update there is some issue with site, thats why its not showing latest updated status, and agent confirmed that they have received my medicals. Suggested only option is to wait.

@vis so I spoke to USCIS agent from their 1-800 number. They said my docs might not be scanned yet, so they asked me to wait for 60days.

ya, i think having patience is only key and wait, it looks they are trying their best.

well my question is why would it take so long for them to just check/verify rfe medicals and provide a decision.

i also feel like you, but looks they get in thousands, less staff due to coivd, need to scan, validate, follow all steps in their process. lets be positive and hope for the best and early outcome. 🙏

I got the Medical RFE as well two week ago, coincidently I started the process of getting the medical done right before getting the RFE. glad I did, because in the letter they said send it before 09/30 to be consider within this fiscal year. they asked for proof of marriage evidence from my wife too so I assume they are waving the interview, unless they want to verify something

i also had medical rfe and also proof of marriage evidence for my spouse. RFE submitted on Aug 31. no update after until Sept 24th it shows new card being produced for me. my spouse's case is still stuck with RFE sent
