Unfortunately you can't work with an itin number, the itin number is not a work permit. The itin number is for those people who can't access a SSN so they can do their taxes.

@m arias you are welcome, if you want to expedite you can call to USCIS, say info pass and you will talk to a live representative, My spouse and I expedited last week and still waiting for an answer, they were mean to us.
