mine was for medical- pd 9/2021

my PD is june 2021 not current yet but i have never get rfe and schedule interview,, I had sent my i693 attached with i485 on jan 2022. Case remains pending since july 2022. no update till now its stuck at NBC .. @Cristina Ruggi where is your i485 processing and have u ever get schedule interview or not??

@Shweta P My case is at NBC and I never get an interview. You are close now. Once your PD get current, they will start working on it.

it must be for medical. I got the same thing and it was for medical.

my 04/2021. just confirm with Emma my case transferred to FO 1 week ago, still nothing CRP

@Waiting EB3 Unskilled it takes about a month to 1.5 months for FO to process your case. Good news is coming up really fast for you. Be a tiny bit more patience

@Cristina Ruggi my PD is june 29 2021, one more week ahead to be current, i didn't get any rfe or schedule interview but i did medical couple day ago its not ready yet.. after complete i693 should I have to send with in 60 days or Can I send once rfe issued?? never know when PD gets current and issue rfe ?? I am worry if its get expire or invalid until that ?? do you have any idea about this ??

@Shweta P Hi Shweta. I’m sorry but I have no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn’t received the RFE letter yet but I did my medical last week because I’m pretty sure the RFE in the USCIS website is regarding medical. I guess you can send the medical once RFE is issued. …just guessing, not sure!

@Cristina Ruggi did you submit any case inquiry after your case got current? And have you submitted the medical before, also what was your case status before rfe?

@B J As soon as my PD got current I submitted an inquiry. My medical was expired so once I get the RGE message I start doing exams and vaccines but I waited to get the letter in my mail and then I send it to USCIS. My case Wes CRP since 2022.

I got same notice yesterday and my PD is Sep 21 2021. Hope we can get through all this by end of this year!!
