@r s I have medical leave, but I am not sure if they approve. I just quit 3 months ago. that’s why I hope they just request medical!

@r s I haven't seen anyone post from unskilled for a long time that they got an RFE for supplement J or paystub, only for medical. They usually ask this when they call for an interview

@vitaliy 123 you are wrong my friends they received it and got approved and they have received pay stubs medical

@r s I didn't say it's not possible but the chances of rfe on supplement J, paystub are small. My friend was approved last week with pd March 29,2021. He didn't work for a sponsor a single day after filing for AOS, he just went now to work for a sponsor for a couple of months so that there would be no problems with citizens

@vitaliy 123 thank you for your sharing. it depends on luck. I changed the state and address. I had been working for my sponsor for almost 3 years!

@waiting unskilled eb3 I agree 100%, it all depends on luck.I also want to leave my sponsor and move to another state. My PD is July 29, 2021. I have been working for my sponsor for 11 years, first on seasonal work visas and now on EAD.

@waiting unskilled eb3 I am from Ukraine. yes 11 years is a long time. I got a medical rfe in June 2023, but it has already expired. I will probably get another one when I am current, hopefully it will be in October. where are you from?

@r s just him and his wife! he also has two small kids but they were born here and have already received USA passports at birth!

@yellow banana 🍌 phỏng vấn rồi thì đơn giản hơn Case sẽ move back về NBC để storage đợi PD current và phải có người đụng vô lại thì approved thẳng ở NBC hoặc rfe medical nếu expired. Cũng có 1 ít rare cases bị interview lần 2

@Appa Appa bạn có ead rồi mà vẫn chưa làm cho sponsor á? lúc mình có ead rồi tính đợi có thẻ xanh rồi làm nhưng bên BdV nói ko dc:) mình có contact congressman, xong vẫn ko giúp dc gì luôn:)) mình nộp 2 cái service request. cái đầu 90 ngày ko trả lời, rồi mình submitted cái thứ 2 đã dc 3 tuần. hiện tại case mình vẫn NBC. lúc nộp hồ sơ là bên Nebraska, rồi dc chuyển qua NbC đến giờ hơn 3 năm vẫn ko có update gì.
