@melina perez not yet but this week NVC started processing approvals from March21st 😬😬 so hopefully in the next 2 weeks we should both get something !! 🫡💪🏼

@R V i haven't heard anything from them. i keep emailing them but same answer. they have 90 days to receive it. i saw someone who got hers at 60 days but that's the only one i know of or heard of. from what i know if the vality day expires due to them, it will automatically extend but im soo exhausted at all this situation

If your petition was approved before the dates NVC is working on, please send us a scanned copy of your I-797 or I-171 Notice of Action - Approval Notice. You can attach it to an email and send it to nvcresearch@state.gov

si yo se lo envie, and they reply that it hasn't arrived just yet. i did it close to the 60 days. but yes i just feel relieved that we should only have to wait this coming month...keeping our finger crossed 🤞 @R V

i send an inquiry on may 30 and they answer me today..saying we just received your application from uscis and its waiting for data entry into our system......hopefully by the end of the week or next week @R V
