Finally greened!! (Don’t give up hope!! 🙏🏼)
hey everyone, it’s finally my turn! I received the update that “a new card is being produced”. After dealing with visas/immigration for a decade, I almost didn’t believe that this status means my case was finally approved (and probably won’t until I have the GC in hand).
That said, for anyone who feels like the wait (and weight of this situation) is unbearable, please don’t give up hope! I recognize how anxiety/stress inducing this entire process can be, but take a breath and try to keep pushing forward. I wish you all the best of luck with your cases and hope that the details below help you piece together where your cases stand.
- EB3 ROW
- PD: August 2022
- Case Submitted: Dec 1st, 2023
- Case Block: MSC249022 (NBC)
- No interview or RFE (I had heard that it was common to get RFEs for the birth certificate translation, so I made sure to get that translated early (with notorization) and tripled checked all docs before submitting)
- CRP during retrogression this year ~July 2024.
- Status changed to New Card Being Produced on Nov 1st.
Hope this helps! wishing you all the best of luck !! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Congrats.
How does the Date of filing matter?
My PD is Oct 2022- Eb3.
Date of filing - May 29, 2024.
I am current as of the November bulletin. How will the Date of Filing matter here?

@Seen 9aad thanks, and no I don’t
@this that thank you! i was confused abt this too, but when i asked Emma abt this, the agent told me that USCIS processes cases in the order it was received (they use the PD to see if you are eligible for a visa at that time)
@Shade I ahh!! hoping for all the best for you
good luck to all!!
Then my CRP endsNov 6, 2024
