Thanks everyone. Appreciate it. @eumelio my case was transferred to National Benefits Center from Nebraska on September 28th basically three weeks after the approval. I received RFE for medicals from LA field office on November 7th.

Hi @Amira, yes right on. This officer is known to be the killer :) They told the approval rate after getting a RFE from 0214 is around 20% but my case was approved. I cannot be happier! They are even cases about this officer. Most of the law firms are withdrawing or refilling when they receive an RFE from 0214. Chen is one of those firms.

@Seb P how did you able to know who's the officer that is working on your case? my i485 was filed dec 2020, received medical rfe June 2022 and got stuck on this status, no updates upto now. Medical was submiited arround aug 2022 (deadline Sept 2022)

Hi @MJ G, I learned about the officer for I-140 because this info was written on the RFE document. I accidentially found out the officer for I-485 as the officer from LA field office called me and requested my birth office. She was so kind and helpful and we even exchanged emails after then. I just got lucky 😃
