Filing i751 to remove conditions Without Prejudice
Hello all,
My lawyer filed the i751 to remove conditions, but they stated that filing Without Prejudice. I believe the right term is filing With Prejudice. I am very confuse why they filed Without Prejudice.
Please can this cause issues in the future? who has face this situation when trying to remove conditions on green card?

@Kim Kae that means your lower did something wrong on your case like wrong information or sent it to wrong address and they filing Without Prejudice to not get denied and transfer your case to the court , they trying to fix what the did

filing With Prejudice means in years to come your case can be reopened. Filing without prejudice means once your case is closed, immgration judge can never go back to your case once you’ve been granted Permenent recident or citizenship (for asylum cases)
