feel frustrated
I really don’t get it why Nebraska Service center process cases so slow! 30 days you should hear from us, and another 30days again and again. looked like only 1 or 2 officers to process I-765 and only 1 or 2 officers process I-485 a day. waiting month and another month, refusing expedit request again and again, and processing time longer and longer!
I wish every next month that I can see hope, but I only can see despair. Backlong is not a problem. The problem is USCIS never take their jobs seriously! If they know people’s life rely on them, they should work harder and be responsible for their works! However, right now, I only can see a lot of excuses to disguse their careless and inability.
We are not citizen or PR yet, but we are human and we are alive. We need to work to live, need to visit family/friends and plan our future.
Right now there is nothing we can do, so many rules we need to follow, but did USCIS does their jobs done yet?
The answer is no!
when waiting green card in this moment, the life is suddenly blank and you also suffer anxiety, stress and depression!
No EAD no work, and the life cost raise up because the price goes up for necessities right now! And we still follow the rules and keep ourselves legally and struggle about money!
When can this dark hole and nightmare go away?
who can let those USCIS officers experience what is the taste to be in the hard time like now?
It is really tired and miserable because they never can understand the feeling and we still need to force ourselves to enjoy this unfair situation!

it's ridiculous, after talking our hard earned money, they abandoned and dump us like a piece of trash, totally unfair

This sums up exactly how I feel. Just know you are not alone. I’m at nbc and have been waiting for an EAD for over 11 months. I’ve tried expediting, congressional inquiries and case outside normal processing time requests. Each one gets ignored. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. We just have to be strong a little while longer. Praying for you and I hope you get an update soon 🙏🏾.

they don’t get paid enough to give a shit lol. if you look at their salary, it’s abysmal. can’t ask much for what they make

Well said, Jimmy. I'm unemployed for over 3 month, waiting over 11 mo th to get EAD. I spent all of my hard-earned saving to keep up with he living expenses in the super expensive city like san francisco. I hate the fact that work authorization is given the lower priorities than GC while everyone's life is pending on it. I'm not sure how long more I can keep up with this.

true! I use only my savings already for 10 month waiting for EAD…and I’m alone and a girls. have no support

totally agree with you, I have been unemployed for 7 months already, all our savings are gone, and we are in deep financial problems, I requested an expedite I sent all the proof, but it seems that for them is not enough and they simply don’t reply to the request month after month., my kids have needs and I can simply do nothing because I can not work… it’s so frustrating honestly

it’s very difficult to get approval with financial hardships nowadays. the only way for it to actually get approved it’s through employer or your local congressmen/senators

omg this post really expresses how I feel and its very depressing. 9 months in and no EAD/AP, nothing. Really, life looks very different from this lenses. I am just tired to try to force to live myself as if everything will be okay.

Frustrated and depressed, 9 months in and no EAD. Vermont service center.. Is there no one to help us all to get through this? Why was EAD premium processing rule never see its day light when Biden Administration gave target date by end of september, 2021.

@all, thanks for responding my post. It is really miserable that we need to pretend everything is ok when the reality is not! I don’t in the future if we would meet other challenges or stresses, but right now, this mental stress I know almost kill us all. Worry about money, family, future and life! We are the group that government ignore, but I still believe my choice and my USA dream!
wissing everyone has same faith and get green card and over this nightmare 🙏
