Extension rejected
Hi,
Could someone help me with a question about the case, I got a notice type rejected application, Is there any impact on my previous Non Immigrant status which I have two years in my hand ?

It depends. if you utilized i-485 based EAD/AP, previous non-immigrant status already ended.

@Charlie SC I just applied 2 months ago eb3 skilled and got rejected due to fees was incorrect and I didn't get EAD/AP and the non immigrant status I received 4 months ago and have 2 years more in my hand.
