Expired ID - Biometrics
Hello everyone,
I have my biometrics scheduled for early next month but my passport (which is my only form of ID) JUST expired. Does anyone know if the ASC at Hauppauge, NY is lenient about this?

It doesn’t matter.
They only want to identify you.
I went to my biometrics appointment with my expired passport and the officer said it was ok.

hey, have you got any updates since your biometrics were taken? I went to the same asc few days ago for mine. just curious did you have your interview scheduled or got ead/parole? Thanks

Hi Jules,
Got my EAD/AP in July through an expedited process and my interview has been scheduled for late next month. PD is January 2021.
