Did you try asking one of your state senators for help? How did it go? Congressman is another way

I asked my congressman... I don’t think they did anything... I was planning on contacting the state senators but there is no need so far because I put one and so far it is going

they took all my documents saying that they will do it for me, but up to now I haven’t heard anything from them... it’s been more than 30 days

Did you follow up with both the congressman and USCIS? Did your status change to Expedite Request Received?

My congressman’s office didn’t want to help. According to them, I have to expedite first, and then they’ll inquire about it.

I didn’t follow up with them anymore because I felt like they weren’t helping. I did follow up with USCIS though and yesterday they asked me for evidence

I did expedite but made the mistake of emphasizing the wrong evidence. I should have put the job offer that’s “expiring” on the top instead of focusing on talking about family’s financial challenges. Job offer should be prioritized if you’re expediting. My expedite got denied (officer probably missed the job evidence in the stack of evidence) and I’m going to re-expedite again soon.

my job offer was the first page then my license b/c I am an RN... then I had the financial part... didn’t have any cover letter

Oh, I know at least 4 people across forums who expedite EAD without bio and got their bio not long after (some sort of system trigger). Then they expedite again after bio. :)

oooh ok. I got 2 people who got the EAD then they get letter for Bio they get it before bio
