expedite request
Does anyone know if expedite submitted by petitioner and congressman is considered as the same expedite request? I've submitted expedite through emma( I received denial yesterday) and my congressman submitted on my behalf also last week, so I thought that their expedited was rejected too, but yesterday congressman's office said that they're still waiting for uscis to reply. So does it mean that I still can get approved for congressman's expedite request? a bit confused here.

I requested an expedite under humanitarian and also got denied yesterday after 7 days of waiting

@ ms, I submitted through Emma on 2/1/22 and received denial on 2/8/22, they sent me email saying that my expedite is not approved, without asking for any evidence.

@RL under what reason? I requested for I-130 expedite and now I requested for K3 ..lets see how it goes.

I send my expidate and then they send email to send urgent reson I send but three months before but not response

I requested for I 131 but one week ago I received email that all docomments are added to applactions I don't know when they will send their dession ??????

I requested Expedite for my I-131 and received an email only with a case number, saying USCIS will get back to me. The officer on the phone told me it would take aprox 5 days to have an answer, but they never asked for evidence.
