i submitted an expedite 21 days ago and nothing still too.. they said the deadline to respond was 30 days from submission from their end but obviously that’s not true..

i expedited on Aug 10th, was told to wait 7 days. i contacted them again after 35 days was told your request expired. They put in a new request. i guess they are full of shit. No use.

is expedite request different from “outside of normal processing time” request?

yes. expedite request is mostly related to potential financial losses.

I just talked to Emma, they told me there is a way to escalate your situation if it’s older than 30 days, the office that has your expedite request will put it on top priority. they gave me a target day 10/12/21 to make a decision, I’ll keep you posted

i waited 2 months after expedite nothing changed so i contacted senator's office with employer letter so they helped and my expedite was approved yesterday

yes same here. one 54 days ago and one 44 days ago as a follow up. both assigned and never responded

I wonder what I should do .. keep waiting ? also made an inquiry thru my congressman but they say to wait “few weeks”.... by that time it will be the “normal” time to process my EAD lol my PD is March 2021 also

I expedite three weeks ago haven’t heard any thing back now I have lost my job don’t know what to do .when I called they keep telling me to wait that it might take up to 30 days

I expedited my case on 9/25 and the request was denied two days later! Nebraska service center.

I expedited in EAD July , waited 30 days , I chatted with a agent on emma and she said I have to expedite again , end of August I expedited again , didn't hear anything, end of September I talked to a agent again , agent said it was assigned to a agent , she said I can expect a response eventually , processing center is NBC , sucks waiting

Floridian, Even i dont understand USCIS terminologies to be honest. They told me your expedite request expired without any action being taken. they told me your case was assisgned to an officer and looks like they dinot have the time to look at your case. would you like to put in another expedite request? i said yes, she gave me another expedite ref number and asked me to wait 7 more business days. its been 12days now. no response.

hi @Floridian, I only asked them to place another expedite request because the last one was already 43 days old with no response, the agent told me that you can’t do that unless the request was rejected, but she said that since it was older than 30 days since it was assigned to an officer, she could proceed and scalate it and they have 7 days to reply… maybe you can start by asking how long it has been since it was assigned to an officer and if it’s more than 30 days if they can scalate it?…. hope it helps…

yeah its been 37 days

As of today they are processing cases with receipt date of FEB 24th. so i am expecting it to get processed through normal processing. They dont seem to be doing anything about expedite requests.

@ ri and Sarah, just wait. dont put in anymore expedites it will go no where. i tried and like a jobless guy was chatting everyother day with uscis agents. Finally normal processing alone helped. But i was running a lot of data analytics and i predicted my approval. lol

@blue I heard there is a website with statistics and data that you can use to follow your own case but i don’t know the name, do you know any that we can use?

@ ri those apps and websites are a joke, they ask u to give them your details and they queue them and alert the others based on how the cases move in that group. dont waste your money there.

Lemme explain to u guys MSC MISSOURI service center 219 is their start numbers ignore it 000 is the computer date on which they received it. 01 being october 1st, the start date of their year. MINE WAS 097 for feb 26th.

MSC is MISSOURI servive center but now its called NATIONAL BC. still their case numbers start with MSC

now the real question is how long does it take them to process “one day of applications” ? I mean tomorrow will it be 099 and Monday 100 , Tuesday 101.. etc ?. or does it take more than one day to process the one day cases ?

one computer day has 10,000 applications. that includes 130, 485 , 751, 140, 129 and every possible applications that are over there. i am assuming their i765 team processes 20000 in one day ( not all are 765 anyways)

@GK there are some agents who will be given an entire computer day to process and will be very slow. it all depends. say agent gets 097 & 098.. S/he has to finish those days before moving on to say 111 and 112. i dont exactly know how they assign them. just gave u an example.

hello guys just a quick update on my expedite request, yesterday was the date Emma told me I would get a response, which didn’t happened, today I talked to Emma again and I find out that the live agent that helped me 7 days ago lied to me saying that my expedite was scalated and they have 7 days to give me an answer, the only thing that agent did was cancel my first expedite and place a new one 😤, this is so frustrating, wouldn’t be easier to just tell me to cancel the expedite and place a new one, why to lie??? anyway guys, I just saw people with PD March 5 being approved so hopefully mine is getting closer, good luck to everybody!!!

Hi everyone, so I've expedited my EAD twice and no response, I filed in May , had Biometrics in August, status changed to Case ready to be scheduled for interview after biometrics, just got the update now that my interview has been scheduled! so happy 😇😇😇

@ Jp Bronkhorst what’s your service center? Did they approve your expedite? or just scheduled it without approving the expedite?
