Sorry to hear about that. 2 of my friends expedited their EAD and got it approved. EB-3 category. And also their employer put in a request from their side as well.

Expedite requests have no pattern or reasoning behind them, and unfortunately they don’t have to ask for evidence. I have never been asked for evidence (lost my job too - mine is a renewal so a very simple process!) yet I read other service centers approving with a job offer letter. Only thing you can do is keep submitting them!

I’m guessing it is Nebraska Service Center. If it is, they have one of the heartless people you will ever see in your life!

Its very depressing because this was my first expedite request i submitted after waiting for 9.5 months.

what’s your category? Next time you submit an expedite request try to make it seem very dramatic even if you have to lie a little bit. Finacal loss by itself it’s not enough!

Ahh I am also Vermont - they don’t seem to be swayed by much! I have submitted 4 and had my congressman submit one too and they have denied them all!

5th March - also other EAD category. I have submitted 4 expedite requests and my congressman also submitted one. All denied. The system is a shambles!
