i filed it myself and it was online on April 24th. but the pdf attached for additional information asked to mail them. so lawyer said lets just mail them instead of uploading it online.

Hey! Someone from here suggested me to use USCIS chat feature and ask questions in detail so Emma can connect you to an actual live agent. And that’s when I spoke to them about my issue. They asked me to pick one reason (it can be financial loss, humanitarian etc) I picked humanitarian and she said they ll get back to me to via email. Then I got an email asking for evidence. I sent them my doctor reports and I also had some blood work that came abnormal so I shared that as well with a page long paper explaining why I need my husband here. I basically based it off my medical condition and told them that I am here alone and five month pregnant and there’s no one to take care of me. You ll have to say that otherwise there is no reason to get your spouse here asap. You wanna tell them why you need him there and it has to be a valid reason. Bring your medical hsitory if God forbids you have any medical conditions during your pregnancy. I have so I shared that with them and they approved it. It can’t be just because you are pregnant. it has to be soemthing serious showing you have no one to take care of and you need him here for medical reasons. or if anything else applies to you, financial loss or anything.

my wife also applied for uscis expedite . the live agent said they will send email within 7 working days . there need to submit some documents after email . Thank you so much for telling the process. it depends what did you tell them? did she just say she is pregnant that’s why she wants you here ? if yes, then it would just be documents showing she is pregnant from her doc. they usually send one right away. it would show the due date as well. i also attached one of my blood work that came abnormal. Because you wanna make sure you give them something thatbsjows urgency and need.
