Of course you can apply got an emergency advanced parole but be sure to have all your supporting documents. They will need proof of relationship, proof of hospitalization and even proof of illness. You are messing with USCIS, so you must be on you P's & Q's. They need documents/proof for EVERYTHING.

Did you submit your I-765 and I-131 concurrently? Suggestion, letter from the hospital better be in English so you don’t have to get extra translation copy. Have doctor write the condition and treatment plan and something like “suggested that family member, your name and relationship with your sister, to come visit “ if it’s really critical.

@F N.T And did you get your EAD? Have you checked on the card if it also works as an advance parole, in another word, a combo card? If you filed concurrently, it’s very likely they approved you for a combo, even though your I-131 case status never changed to being approved.

Yeah, expedite actually takes longer in general, consider get info pass appointment for Emergency Advance Parole, they’ll approve or deny right on the spot. Remember to fill out a new I-131 form for the Emergency Advance Parole if you decide to go through this route. Hope it works out for you. Good luck!

Either way. Tell Emma live agent then info pass or just type info pass, then tell them you want to make an appointment at the local field office and setup an appointment. For chatting with Emma, they only have live agent during their working hour, so if Emma only give you options to different links, then try at different time.
