trust me they are not helpful when you call. I have chatted with them and all. the last time they told me no timeline for EOIR-29. I know it can be frustrating and mine has been since July 2019 until date, no response. sorry if that’s not the response you seek and truly on this forum I don’t see many appeal candidates so you will find response from almost same people all the time.
