Employment Based I485 Interview
Hello folks,
Lately we are seeing green cards being approved without interview but i received letter of interview last week.
What questions should i expect? And why was my case different than others?
TIA

do you have dependants? I read that families are often invited while for single filers interviews can be waived. maybe they have a quota for interviews and they randomly picked your case. you will be ok! 🥳💪🏾

emp based .. eb1 c .. questions would be straight forward… just remember to go through your application properly .. but of late I have heard people being asked very random weird questions wrt emp.. like how many people were there in the office … how does ur office building look like … so on and so forth .. but there doesn’t seem to be any standard that they follow .. all the best

what is your local field office? I think it depends on your local office. Some of them are doing employment based interview.
