Employment Authorization Timeline
Is this wait normal? it has been 53 days since USCIS received my case and I still don’t have a biometrics appointment.
I see some people getting approved within 40 days and I don’t even have a biometrics scheduled yet.
I have an approved I-140 and a pending I-485. EB1-A is current for my country.

I would open a service request for “Notice/Document not received”. They should reply within two weeks (but they have 30 days) with a biometric appointment notice. That document will also be visible in myUSCIS account

@Isabella A check your documents tab, mostly biometrics appointment details you’ll see there.

@mak dely It’s weird but my case does not have a “Documents Tab”. It only shows the tabs “Case Status” and “Case History”. O didn’t fill online and my receipt number starts with MSC, that’s probably why

@Isabella A yes , thats the reason. it only works if your receipt starts with IOE
