EB2 NIW RFE
My RFE response was submitted on Sept 12. 5 weeks after submission. Still no response. Looking at forums, majority are getting approval within 3-4 weeks. Any thoughts?

Artur DOct 17, 2022
I will try to rise a service request after 6 more days. My RFE reciept states that I can contact them after 60 days.

were you asked all the 3 prong for rfe?
Tom RobbinsOct 17, 2022
Thanks Artur. Yes, all 3 prongs.
Some were approved within 2-3 weeks. I just wonder what the difference is.
God is good savior of the world (Jesus)Oct 17, 2022

@hassan Osman it's available for certain employment based i-140 petitions. you can pay $2500 and USCIS will provide result within 45 days. it's for eb2 - niw.
