EB2-NIW I-140 RFE
I received my I-140 RFE by calling USCIS and they sent me a copy through my email. i have not received the mail yet and the deadline was last week and received nothing. Upon review of the RFE it looked like they want me to submit everything. has anyone have similar case with me? did you get approved after sending the response to RFE? thank you.

Best of luck! I also got an RFE and haven’t got anything on the mail since I saw an update (2 weeks ago). did they send your RFE request via email right away? do you mind sharing what was that about ?

@ju m No i did submit an e-request for not receiving the Notice via mail. I called USCIS only 3days after I submitted an e-request and they sent me an electronic copy of the RFE in my email. i think it’s a generic letter.. i still nees to read all what’s written.

my cousin is experiencing the same. they’ve requested EVERYTHING, but the lawyer said it’s usual. they’re responding by July and hopefully will be approved soon.

they gave me 3 months to respond to the RFE but my lawyer said there is still another 60 days extension . Pls is it true that , response to RFE has additional extension of 60 days?

I’m on the same boat. I received a notification that RFE was sent on Jun 1st, however, I didn’t get the mail. I sent the e-request today. I have an attorney. Should I ask to him call the USCIS and request the letter through email? Thanks

@Fabio.. i called uscis myself and they were very helpful. in two hours i got the e-copy of the rfe.

I am in the same boat I received my RFE in mail and sent my response out on Jun 10th. They asked me for everything too awaiting RFE response now

call the number and request you would like to speak with an agent . it may take more than an 1hr but make sure you remain on the phone. you can dedicate a day for the call .id the call finally goes through, you will have your RFE within an 1hr- personal experience I am sharing with you
