Nebraska service Center need to transfer the case to NBC to expedite the approval process.

Otherwise they will not be able to clear backlog in last recieved and PD basis.
What is happening here later recieved and PD getting approval from NBC. Application stuck in Nebraska.

mine case was transferred from national benefit center to Nebraska , it was received March 2020. I don’t know what is going on in Nebraska.

@kk so you are waiting for both i140 approval and i485 approval as they were filed concurrently?

my I-140 was approved in July 2021. I am waiting for only I-485 approval
