EB derivative waiting for decision after submitting medical rfe local office
I received RFE from local office and responded back . 8th Sept they acknowledged response.. case was transferred to Texas in a week and since then still waiting for update. created a tier 2 SR and got response like We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received. anybody in same boat?? receipt date Jan 21 2021. local field office Nashville. EAD is approved and I have received it. EB3 derivative.

I’m planning to respond to RFE by next week or so. Can you help or guide how to respond to RFE? I don’t want my attorney to do it as he is charging extra fees

I got an update saying case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I thought they not having interviews for employment based but who knows
