EB-3 India waiting GC approval
EB-3 India with priority date current since 06/01/2021. I am still waiting for my GC approval. Anyone else here who is like me?

Hi PK, I filed on Oct 1 with medicals. They lost my medicals and sent me RFe. I responded immediately but they are sitting on it. It’s in Los Angeles FO. What’s latest on your case? Which FO? Did you get EAD? I did.

mine is with NBC after submitting with my mendicals, got bio done in Jan and no response after that
