@reeva I filed in April end 2021 (EB-1) 140 and 485 filled together as PD was current and thank god it is current still in dec 2021 visa bullitent. my finger print along with family was taken July 2 and no updates yet. I checked with Emma as for me not even biometrics received status is updated thank god agent told me they have the biometrics. still waiting and hope things moves fast.

We had also sent the medical with I-485. Let’s hope good news is not that far😃

Hey! Dec 2020 filler here. Still waiting on 765 and 131 approvals. I have a bio appointment day after tomorrow. My 140 was approved in Premium a month and a half ago. TSC. I’m afraid it’s could be a long wait, unfortunately

Texas EB2: Filed in February, bio in July. nothing since then. Don’t expect your card before April.

December 9th filer. No bio, no work permit/ travel document, no gc. TSC. THIS IS HIGH LEVEL OF WICKEDNESS!

IT seems every one is hanging. TSC don’t know how things are moving EB-1 everything is current people have filed 200 plus days back all the required is done like biometrics and no vision what is going to happen and when. completely wild!

I filed 330+ days back, and I have been current for 11 months now. Nothing but bio. Frustrating. However, we’re in the same boat, hang tight and don’t lose hope.

I submitted Mike in August 2020 EB 2...still waiting...but case was transferred to nbc in April 2021
