Same I’ve been waiting over 11 months too. Really hoping we all hear something soon. It looks like they started on March applicants so if you aren’t one of the unlucky applicants who get severely delayed (ie me lol) you should get approved soon

According to the processing times.. if it's through a pending AOS, they're now processing EAD from 12/25/2020 so.. I'm not even close yet.. I don't know if pt are accurate anyway! @ket and @fleur lila

@Ana, processing time means that 50% of case will be approved in 9 months and 93% in 9.5 months. Base on my simple math, you case will process by last week of November

12 months - no EAD :(

@Ana, my case is from April 13th, I am try to keep my mind sane doing math base on open info. now, NBC is processing cases with RD at last week of February and first week of March. in an very good case scenario, USCIS will start to process April cases at first week of November

@Peter Ma It's ridiculous. it really is!! hopefully this changes soon for new applicants. it makes no sense. pandemic took place last year. the backlog is simply out of control!

hey @Ana have you completed your medical examination yet? we have the same timeline.. Wondering if I should start my medical exam or wait till I get the date for interview ugh (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)

so.. about the medicals: I submitted them along with the whole package I130, I485, I765, I131. just bc I hired preparers(boundless) to submit my applications and it's in their requirements. I have to do them again. it takes about a week for them to be ready and they are only good for 3 months. So I think once you get the actual interview date by mail, you might have between 4-5 weeks until the interview. So it should be enough time! @e e
