ead renewal
just heard from our congressman that they sent an inquiry over to Uscis to see about my husbands ead renewal since the extension is expiring.
how soon did anyone see a response to the congressman from Uscis and did they end up pushing through the ead for approval?

how did you go about contacting congressman i want to go that route but im soo nervous and feel like i may be doing it wrong i looked up my congressman and its telling me to fill out a form am i supposed to do that?

google it and put your address and zip code . it will bring you the senator and congressman in your areas. fill in the details and they would get back to you . That was what I did and I am not too sure if my congressman. has reach out to the USCIS . however he told me he would get back to me

that’s what I did I googled who it was for my address and sent an inquiry last week. they called me today to let me know that they sent a request to Uscis today and would get back to me once they head back from them.

i just filled out the form it said and let them know we have put in inquiry’s and expedite requests with Uscis and with the dates we did so with our hearing back from them at all now for the last 4 request.

no idea won’t know until we hear back. think it just depends on reasoning for getting them involved
