@mg g: file renewal in Oct 2021. VAWA was filed 2020 and EAD renewal is filed based on pending I485. Bcos I still have my i485 pending

yea they def will renew your EAD, time, no one knows but they will just that being a vawa case, they won’t disclose any proceedings to you bout it

@me just me: it is just crazy the way they are treating the cases . There are lot of jobs out there . I hope they just renew before my present EAD expires next month . am not sure employers take the 180 extension

yes all employers have to give 180 extensions. it’s law and they can also e-verify your information about your legal work authorization

EAD renewals are taking a minimum of 7 months. USCIS rarely gives updates on VAWA based cases online. I sent two expedite requests and they did not respond to any. I finally received my renewal. Keep the faith

Thanks Annie, pls did you get fifer print appointment or same old finger print was used , mine is 5 months and no finger print update . I hope the request will make them push things . How many years did you get for the renewed EAD ?

my EAD from previous file is expired nov 2021 and i apply my new EAD from vawa file but it take minimum 7 months and I don’t know if still work and keep taking paycheck it’s that any problem or it’s that ok because I don’t want to stop working and losing everything I made

just now I saw an a notice of New Card is being Produced on my VAWA case . I did not get any approval notice . Does it mean my VAWA case has been approved ?
