not necessarily. however if you have a job offer couple with the financial burden or loss to your family if there is no EAD . Just Proof your case and by His grace you will be given. I just did mine 2days ago and expecting a good news from them.

this is my opinion: you will have more chances if the Employer requests to expedite based on business needed. just saying you need the job might not suffice since that should be true for all EAD cases. if your job agrees to prepare a letter explaining the detriments of not having you in the workforce, i think that is the best bet.

most important thing explain in a letter how not having EAD effects you financially and even physiologically.

@Qwety Ytrewq that’s a good 👍🏾 point that’s what I told them on the phone when they call me about my expedite and they didn’t ask me for any proof more than they said my case is ready by the end of the month
