took me 11 business days to receive email asking for evidence

took me 9 business days to get a mail for a biometrics appointment after I requested for expedite.

took a few days to get biometrics notice after expedite request

12 days since expedite request received. my biometric were rather coincidentally scheduled 3 days before my expedite request (I got the mail couple days later). I’m waiting for my bio to be done next week to chase on my expedite request !

on what basis did you expedite? what evidence do we have to provide?

did you get an email yet? I called to expedite last Monday. got an email from USCIS today.

it says that they have received my request. they detailed everything and said it’ll get a response shortly

when did you get the email? I think after the email response should be about another week. praying for positive outcome

Same thing for me. Today marks the 5th business day.

quick update: my case got approved yesterday. it was exactly 5 business days after I submitted evidence

update from me as well mine was also approved 9 days after a requested expedite. 2 days after the email. no RFE

case approved means EAD also approved?

I called 4 hours after my biometrics

I had called a month and 10 days ago to expedite my EAD. but I hadn’t done biometrics yet. so they expedited my biometrics. I got my letter, went for biometrics last week. then called 4 hours after my biometrics to expedite my EAD. I got an email two days ago said my request was under review. and today approved

I see, I have the same situation as yours. I called to get my case expedite due to financial difficulties and the agent asked me if I've done biometrics and I said no. She made a case number for me and my status updated to expedite request received. 9 days after I got my biometrics appointment in the mailbox which will be in 2 weeks time. I wish y'all good luck :)

In my case they sent the biometrics. I did it. I called again and had to open a new request. Still waiting after 5 days. Since I’m employment based, asked to expedite for my wife too in hopes she gets her biometrics.
