I got the same email this morning and they didn’t ask for evidence as well. Hope they won’t just refuse it directly but we’ll see...

I went through same process and had the same response. Was asked for evidence after 2 working days. I provided the evidence the next day after was approved after 3 working days. Received my card this afternoon

I was approved after 10 days of raising the expedite request and it’s been 13 days since approved and no update after that

I guess so but am sure it was more of the job offer letter

@Nana Os I’ve seen people on Reddit who used job offer to expedite their case but got denied.

@Julie K, I was just checking it when new update came. Yeah, case was approved today and card was in production. yesterday. My 131 also got approved today.

@Dj T Hopefully you hear from uscis soon. I believe you’ll get your expedite request approved because they would just deny it outright if they think your reason was not compelling.

Last question sorry, what was the reason for your expedite request? And your PD?

My main reason was severe financial hardship due to costly medical needs of my usc spouse.

@g gee, I just got the same email saying the same. how long did it take before you got a decision after they said it is being reviewed?

I got the email on a Friday and received a decision the following Monday.
