@Zel Ire , pls how long does it take them to review your case after the expedite request. Its been 9days now they received the evidence to expedite my case and no decision uptil now.

I did expedite request through Emma live agent last October 15 my reason is financial hardship and I was hoping that they will approve it because I'm a Nurse.

@ Zel Ire am sorry they didn’t expedite your case. But I think if you ask your job to give you a letter that says if you don’t renew your work authorization you will loose your job they will approve it. I did mine and it was approved. I know how hard it is but you should try it that way and when they ask you reason why you want to expedite tell them that you will loose your job if your work authorization is not renew on time

@Krishna salaka mine was at the NBC I submitted it on the 09/29 and they responded by mail to sent evidence on the 10/15 and it was approved on the 10/19

They are being strict with expedite requests (some centers much more than others!) since EADs are taking so long, everyone is expediting! I’ve had 4 requests denied and my congressman’s request denied - know how depressing it is!

To my congressman I had sent letter from employer, house lease, payslip from job, the non-profit status documents for my job (since that is a new category, still didn’t work!). USCIS have never asked for documentation though - just denied every time. NBC seem to be expediting loads for some reason, other centers not so much. Been waiting over 8 months now.

Very sorry to hear about all your stories. There is some hope > My combo card has been approved a few days ago - it took 9.5 monts (I filed on Jan 2021) - EB2 - RoW - it will arrive soon for you!

If you was deny from expedite request are they still going to process your petition your application

yes they will I just got my EAD card and SSN. first ER they denied then my second ER last December they approved it after 2 weeks. try and try until they approved it. Good luck
