I got letter from employer addressing USCIS about how this position is pivotal to the organization and US public in general. Reached out to Congressman, gave them proof containing a cover letter where I address the USCIS, employer letter and job offer and request Congressman's office to raise an expedite request on my behalf. They informed me that they have raised a request. Hope this helps.

Dec 21st - Submitted all forms to USCIS. JAN 31st - Biometrics March 7th - Expedited EAD myself March 21st - Expedited again with Congressman as there was no response for 1st expedite. Expedite reason : Work in a Non-profit organization which furthers US social interest and also needed financial support for medical conditions. submitted all proof. April 1st - New card being produced April 3rd - Case Approved April 12th - New card being mailed. Hope this helps.
