are you sure they received it? if they give you fax number and you sent them, they normally respond next day to have received or get a decision in a week. please make sure to use high profile fax machine, go to like fedex store to fax. please make sure to include cover letter with your name, A-number, receipt number, the attention number abd also in that cover letter explain your situation and attach all the proof of your reason to expedite
