i think they approved you and are sending you your GC

they denied you and probably revisited your case and approved it. So they may likely will be sending you a GC instead of EAD. Did you put in a new application for GC?

@out lander they dint deny her whenever someone doesnt get their ead and get their green card instead it always says case closed benefit received by other means meaning that she is getting her GC and doesnt need the EAD anymore

yes I had to appeal my case I had my interview 04 11 2021 they didn’t approve it on to now so this morning I saw update on my ead it mark case close

no l file for my renewal of 765 last yeear febuary 2020 l was approve 765 renewal noverber 2020, decenber 15 2020 l apply for 131 renewal becos l want to travel they closed 2 weeks ago and they appoved me my green this week

they closed my 1-765 on 3/7 & green card has not updated

Any update Kimmy? i got same message i apply for my husband 131 we got denied already 2 years did appeal after a year later which was last year my appeal got approved however year pass did not change any of my case status on this may 30 uscis sent me a letter saying intend to deny and my status got changed to reopen your case now i check the work authorization it says as of jun 30 they close the case same message you got applicant or petitioner received a status or benefit true others mean.. we already lost our hope on this i hope God will help and approve i cant believe is that true after this message green card gets approve ? is anyone has same problem can you guys help me??

it’s very fasturating since march I receive a letter they state they transfer my case to chief counsel office at federal plaza

I don’t know why they send it there people tell me all kind of scared stuff about ices

why after apeal they send intend to denied

i dont know im so confused they work horrible each officer during revew writes whatever they want in my opinion Uscis is a government the face of USA they must have Knowledgeable officers that really knows about their job!!!! looks like they are playing with people life at the Theater not at the immigration .
