@S K, I came to the US as an F-1, USCIS Newark issued an RFE together with interview notice. in the RFE, USCIS wanted to know about my OPT, where I worked, what I did, to see if it matched with my university degree.

@Johnson Control USCIS officer wanted to know why I filed two adjustment of status (EB-2NIW based I-485, and EB-1A based I-485), to compare the entries between the two. At the interview, the officer said that NBC and Newark were sending my case to one another again, again and again, which end up in a longer adjudication. Neither USCIS Ombudsman Office nor congresswoman could not solve my AOS problem with USCIS. Thus, I decided to file the mandamus because I was seeing later PDs getting approved while I was humiliated by waiting for my AOS to be adjudicated
