My I-140 was approved in 11 months at Texas Service Center. Also EB2-NIW. Yours should be soon. I don't think EAD is related to any hasten or delay on your I-140 adjudication.

April 21. They did not sent the approval notice. I asked again for it. On May 17 the status changed to approved again. I think they just clicked on approved in the system to generate another approval notice.

my I-485 is processing. they do not approve everything at same time. I believe it will take at least 3 months to see any updates on the I-485.

i thought when you have concurrent filing they will approve them at the same time

no. it’s just faster than apply for the I-485 later

@Svetlana How do you know the cases they are looking at now? Also when did you file and which category? I filed NIW EB2 in February 2020 and still waiting for approval
