when you call them say to the automated lady that you would like to schedule an infopass appointment, she will connect you to a real person, if you call early in the morning when they open they will pick the phone in a matter of 1-5min I usually call them at 8am EST

Thank you for your comment!! I call them at 3:30 in the afternoon, I talked to a real person and she said within the next 72 hour I’ll receive a call back from uscis. yeah you are right, should have call them 8 am

they won't call in 72 hours unless its a urgent emergency, they'll call within 20 days. I'm telling you what i was told by an officer when I called because I too was waiting on a call within 72 hours which didn't happen.

every time I called they always say the will get back to me after 30days but the never do lol

you can expedite through Emma live chat, type “live agent” I did that and got approved

Thank you everyone for all the comments. I checked with uscis yesterday and came to know that they’ve put my call back infopass appointment in queue in 20 days instead of 3 days. My urgent reason does not belong to the urgent medical situation. So I guess I’ll have to wait for 20 days…It sucks. And my 485 is ready to schedule for an interview, but I don’t know how long it’s gonna take
