I applied for vawa, I had a restraining order. it was approved and then i applied adjustment of status by myself, the lawyer was asking for an amount that I couldn’t afford. but I had my interview last Tuesday, my card is on its way 😃. have faith!!!

first green card expires in 2 years mil then u have to apply for remove conditions from ur greencard ur card will b good for 10 years but try to fix ur issue with ur wife her family must b giving her wrong advises i hope u dont have any kids with her yet

congratulations tikisa!!! the officer went through the whole I485 questions back and forth about everything I answered there and the ones I got wrong he circled them, example I said I came in 2002 and took it back immediately to the correct answer but he still marked it wrong 😑 then another one where I put I never violated any visa, but I did so I told him and he asked me why I wrote no as answer; I explained that I was a child and was afraid when I filled out but I understood I was under oath and I was telling the truth, he just kept asking a few more questions related to my addresses and that was all, he approved it. I kept something in mind,it was telling the truth, and corrected my wrongs there. I thought of God, as soon as I entered I told myself if God put me there I was in his hands 🙌

on the letter they requested me to bring an I864w to my interview and he never asked for it.
