Ask Emma, what day is your biometrics schedule for maybe an agent can tell you too. Still keep on the look out because you're gonna need it to enter the office to have your biometrics done. if you haven't received it you may need to request resend.

if you have an online acccount with USCIS, you can print it at your account

if your case number starts with ioe there is a documents section in your online account so it should be (status, history and then documents) in documents you will see the biometrics letter they sent to you with the date

call uscis. they will send it to your email. you have no time. call tomorrow. it will take 3days for them to call you back since it is an emergency and they will send the notice to your email

Create an Online account with USCIS. you will have a copy of the mailed biometric appointment notice there. you could print that one out whiles you wait for the mailed copy
