dependent approved, primary applicant still pending
Texas center. EB2NIW. RD 12/20/20. Receipt number range 2130057.
Dear all, please share if anyone experienced same situation. Dependent’s 765 got approved but primary applicant still pending.
if this have happened to you how long it was before the primary applicant got approved?

it happened to me with my 765 renewal, all my dependents got their EAD but mine still “received” status

my Renewal was received on September 20, I did Biometrics November 16, for my dependents USCIS reused their Biometrics. all of them received theirs EAD’ last week.

@ Carlos T, so just to clarify. your dependents received their cards before you? and you had to wait for couple months

Yes I did contacted them, told me it's under additional review. when was your dependant got approved? were you try to contact them too?

I am waiting 5 months, EAD my wife and my son approved and my still pending…

My wife’s own was approved 3 weeks ago, while my own and my son’s own were approved today, so that’s 3 weeks apart. I am the primary applicant.

mine is the oposite case...primary was approved Feb 5th, received combo card Feb 14th but mine, his dependent, nothing yet. NBC, EB1B, PD 19 july 2021.
