There are a bunch of people on here who all got RFEs for Medical back in July (all around July 30th)…

when we submitted our rfe that was requested. we still called a two weeks after to confirm if it’s been received. my husband called

my rfe was for a contradiction in name from birth certificate and passport

i have submitted all the relevant documents but no response since then

i uploaded my response 126 days ago. i called them a month ago and they said call back in a month. no updates yet. NBC. rfe was for birth certificate and income.

if you mailed it ,it depends on the RFe but it took them 5 months to process mine .

@r k did you put in an inquiry with the agent? if you dint hear on the 60th day you are supposed to then they have within 30 days to respond if they dont respond then you can put in another one i had put in 2 service request and on the 3rd i got an answer

not yet, i am going to aak my lawywr to inquire about it simce its been more than 3 months now

@R k yea or you can inquire to or ask for your case status it took them 5 months to process my RFE

@Phill cash they’ve been no update stating rfe received. We only confirmed via phone call.

tier 2 officer will call me in 3 days

same, medical Rfe received by uscis on September 2021 still no update. filed multiple SRs and the only response I got was this We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received.

@tirrek hiko I sent my response on November 1st and they scheduled my interview 19 days ago. I was going to reach out to a congressman but I didn’t need it anymore. hopefully you’ll get an update soon. how many days have you been waiting so far?

mine timeline is ridiculous

my case is way over processing time .. Case Timeline 02 23 2018 - Priority Date Oct 17, 2018 i485 and i140 Submission to USCIS Feb 01, 2019 1-485 Biometrics, i.e. fingerprint and photo 03 18 2021 i140 premium proces approved Nov 08, 2021 1-485 correspondence letter received from USCIS Nov 21, 2021 I-485 medical i693 sent to USCIS Texas service center showing that i485 processing time takes 10 to between 20 months my case is way over processing time Unfortunately it's been 3,5 years since i applied i485 form. ..

you need to sue them, writ to mandumus or something like that. if I do not get any answers by May, I will sue USCIS, I’m running out of patience here

@Sa Be was yours EB2 and TSC? also where was it transferred to? is that normal , mine receipt date is May 2020, and last time update was Medical Rfe received in Sept 2021.

EB1 at TSC. Got transferred to NBC (receipt came yesterday). We got our RFIE on July 30th 21 and handed it in four weeks later. So you should be transferred soon as well. give it another couple of weeks.
