Death of joint sponsor i864a
hi i would like andvice on this. my documents including I130,I864,I864a, were accepted by NVC. after that the joint sponsor passed away. at this time we are waiting for visa interview. what would i have to do?does this affect my interview process?

I suggest that you find another sponsor fill up the sponsorship form and take it with you to the interview. when they bring up a question like that you can always tender that.

if you going to find another sponsor who do you intend using ? a family or someone else ? the person u need to use depends on the form you going to fill.
