I did not file a service request. I asked Emma if my case was assigned to a field office and she gave me that information

@olifer sharma no USCIS looks like moved lot of cases from NBC to Santa Ana FO. I did not contact them.

Hi 👋 I received the same letter from the same office March 17. send my i-693 March20 to Santa Ana ca office. April 3 received official RFE fron National center in Missouri asking for my i-693 need to send Missouri center different offices 😭. Personal suggestion Don't send anything with the COURTESY NOTICE

hi there @Maria L. - similar email that I received three days ago (straight to my work email). Emma then confirmed actually my case had been transferred to the Hawaii FO from Dec 2022. What was your next step? did you send any medicals through etc? mine were all done during filing. any insight would be great! thanks

hi @Ali Reza on April 8th I received an email that there was an update I checked in the morning and it was still showing actively reviewing and then in the afternoon changed to “Approved”. On April 15 I received my green card. Since I submitted Medical’s together with the application I didn’t have to submit anything else and they didn’t send a request of evidence.

@Maria L. appreciate the message back! super helpful. Spoke with a live agent today who said no medicals on file despite me sending them with my application last year! I’m going to avoid the live agents for a while lol - some conflicting info! Think from what people are saying - the courtesy notice is a good sign, especially if you’ve sent everything. Hoping to receive good news in a few weeks! Got the notice on 5/3. Thanks again!
